HALO had the privilege of partnering with Hallmark and reStart, Inc. to facilitate an art workshop with Inocente, a former homeless teen who has found fame and purpose through painting. Inocente is the star of an Academy Award-winning documentary, Inocente, about her life as a homeless teen and the art she creates to move past her struggles. reStart youth watched the documentary, had a question and answer session with the artist, and then created their own works of art.
